while on the path to Gravenhollow the partyrew spots a fork in the path
Cynlant fails to sense anything, and suggests Oneshoe takes a look
Oneshoe discovers a crypt
- she investigates it for traps
- she finds nothing of note, save for a sarcophagus
after their usual period of deliberation, the partyrew decides to remove the clays seals and runes on the sarcophagus

the partyrew decides to test out a new battle tactic (*the microwave) on the enemies likely lying in wait
- Cynlant conjures up a sickening radiance
- Droopy summons a wall of force
- Yvelia telekinetically lifts the heavy stone lid
as soon as the heavy stone lid is removed, many ethereal spirits appear
- shadows
- ghosts
- and a banshee
rushing into combat, Cynlant launches himself at the banshee out of fear
- his stabs cut deep into the ectoplasm
the banshee wails, but a quick reacting Cynlant uses his shield to encapsulate the wail, protecting the partyrew
the battle continues with Ally hastening Ront before running to safety
- in a blur Ront and Droopy approach the enemies to do some good (re)murdering
- Droopy kills a lot in a dope fashion very fast
the remaining enemies are melted in the microwave
much to their chagrin, the partyrew finds nothing valuable within in the crypt
the partyrew takes their leave

somehow the party procures obsidian
the ever crafty Oneshoe starts fashioning an obsidian dildo for use with Sister
- despite their familiarity with her antics, Oneshoe manges to befuddle the partyrew and expedition forces

Cynlant sends to Granny Nightshade, inquiring about Skylla specifically asking
1. Why is she on a mission to kill him
2. Who hired her
3. and who is Granny’s enemey
Granny Nightshade responds

Yes she freed my enemy in Prismeer, has a vendetta against me and is using you to that effect

upon receiving this knowledge, Cynlant sends to Magus requesting more information

Prismeer is ruled by Tasha, The Witch Queen. Skylla helped imprison her

Magus informs Cynlant

next Cynlant sends to Tasha
- he asks if he should trust his patron and what not in a brazen manner due to their unfamiliarity
Tasha responds

Ah my nephew, I would not trust her and the coven. They work in their own interest. She was your patron since she birthed you.
