The Hunt

• guards try to fight against the Lindwyrm, but are slaughtered
  • they party looks in horror as a guard is swallowed hole
• Oneshoe asks they party “Are we getting rowdy” before running and casting Slow on the Lindwyrm
  • Bon molds earth to provide Oneshoe cover
• the leaderless boyscouts advance forward with Oneshoe

Lindwyrm vs Yvelia 🥊 🥊

• the Lindwyrm’s movements begin to slow down before it wriggles it off
• Bon glimmers into his starry form
  • he fires a guiding bolt at slightly singing it
• Yvelia swirls magical energies around her, entering a state of innate sorcery before loosing two eldritch blasts
  • they both hit, upon which the Lindwyrm immediately changes its focus to her
  • the Lindwyrm burrows underground moving 30ft towards her
• Droopy summons a steed which swoops up Yvelia, and blinks her on top of a building
• Oneshoe psychically lances the Lindwyrm
  • it starts to reel before regaining composure
• the Lindwyrm nearly eviscerates Yvelia before swallowing her whole
  • she is badly bloodied as she begins to be digested
• Glabagool holds a healing word for Yvelia
• Bon calls lightning behind the Lindwyrm, causing blood to seep through its scales
• Ront moves in to position to slash through the Lindwyrm
  • his flaming sword slashes the Lindwyrm
    • it nearly regurgitates, but keeps Yvelia down
    • Oneshoe conjures silvery barbs
  • Ront lifts his sword through Lindwyrm, bisecting a portion of it
• the Lindwyrm SMACKS on to the city streets
  • a near-dead Yvelia crawls out of the beast’s maw and unleashes a painful groan

Aftermath

• Bon and Ront work on pulling the Lindwyrm out of the ground

  • they try to decapitate the head but its body starts morphing into a Dream Saber
  • Bon also collects some of the fallen scales from the Lindwyrm

• after some thought, Bon realizes venom can be collected from the ground

  • he coaches CARL on the scraping and milking process

• Oneshoe looks down the burrow hole of the beast

• thinking of his time as a chef, Ront slices an imaginary chunk of the Lindwyrm

• the partyrew realizes they can use the remnants of the Lindwyrm they have to construct various items

• +2 and poison resistance

  • 1 scale shield 100gp
  • 3 scales breastplate/scalemail
  • 4 scales half-plate 2250
  • 7 scales full-plate

Preparing for Treasure Hunting

• one day CARL walks in to the Headporium with a purple trench coat one day
  • he also has a matching little purple cloak cut of the same cloth
  • he obtained it from a fellow merchant

• the CARL’s dissemble and travel as individual raccoons
  • Yvelia is surprised at CARL “wildshaping into raccoons”
  • Bon wildshapes into a raccoon and conjures more
  • Kyem shape shifts into raccoon
  • Oneshoe skitters along as a raccoon
• Neverwinter citizens look befuddled, upon which Oneshoe advertises the Headporium

Forest Clearing

• the party approaches a clearing in the forest
  • a sheer cliff face stands above a steady stream
• a creature stands near a rocky hole, eating a humanoid arm
  • the creature is large and humanoid with 4 twister like horns
  • it has a goat like head (Caprathorn) covered in arcane sigils
  • its hoofed feet stand in piles of dust
• the party decides what their course of cation to be
  • Oneshoe suggest the party talks with the creature
    • Yvelia responds saying only some humanoid eating creatures are friendly, like Glabagool
    • the Caprathorn burps before tearing a chunk of flesh from a torso

Combat Ensues

• Bon glows with the Wrath of Nature as terrain around the Caprathorn turns against it

• Yvelia and Ally fire eldritch blasts

  • it swats away two of the four blasts

• Ront tosses javelins at the beast opening a small hole in its chest

• the beast plucks a flower off of his head and eats it

  • it begins to heal
  • it then mutters “More… food” telepathically to the party
  • it then float above the angry grass and maneuvers towards Ront
  • it plucks a thorn off its head and stabs Ront with it

• Glabagool sends a guiding bolt wide of the beast

  • the thorn on the beast’s head regrows as it chuckles

• CARL summons woodland beings near the beast

  • it tosses a thorn behind Ront, which grows into a wood like creature (Thornlamm)

• Bon commands nature to torment the Caprathorn and Thornlamm

  • trees whip at them, rocks fly at them, vines tie them down
  • both are restrained by the vines
  • the Caprathorn is knocked prone

• Droopy moves in to support Ront

  • he smites and slashes at the beast, hurting it

• Oneshoe sends a psychic lance from her forehead briefly stunning the beast

  • with an unnatural grown it shakes it off

• Yvelia and Ally attempt to cast spells on the creature, but it manages to shrug it off

• Ront slashes at the Caprathorn, causing some damage but burning it less than he expected

• the beast kicks at Ront and gores Droopy with its horns

  • Droopy is hurt

• the beast telepathically mutter “You will suffer” before leashing a psychic wave

  • Ally is bloodied and looks as if she almost turns to ash
  • One of the Thornlamms falls into a pile of ash

• Bon commands nature to torment the beast

  • rocks and trees whip at it

• Droopy slashes at it

• Oneshoe attempts to psychically blast it again

  • it shrugs it off

• Ally, half dead, misses two eldritch blasts

• Ront screams shawarma and lops off his head

  • it manically laughs, saying even in death they will suffer
  • Ront is able to toss a slice to Glabagool
  • its head flies toward its body colliding and imploding
  • it pulls everyone closer towards it, and leaves a sphere of annihilation

• Glabagool is partially pulled in to the orb, losing a small blob of himself

• before the party takes a rest, Oneshoe attempts to control the sphere

  • everyone moves a safe distance away from it
  • she fails, and the sphere inches towards her

Indiana Gnomes 🤠

• various magical items are in the floor
  • silver ring with purple gemstones
    • CARL and Carl attempt to pilfer it while the party isn’t looking
    • Bon chastises them, before handing it to Yvelia
    • Yvelia believes it is a Ring of Shooting Stars

• Bon and the rest of party help hide the sphere using mold earth, druidcraft and other plants
